About Me

I have an MBA in Management and a Bachelor’s in Finance. I’ve worked in software and technology for 15 years. In that time I have learned that meeting a deadline takes many layers of planning. Sometimes you know where you need to go, other times you just start with an idea and see where it takes you. I’m a big believer in feedback loops and continuous improvement. In my experience, the best method for taking control of feedback loops is agile project management.

I have a simple saying borne from watching my daughter play volleyball, “move your feet”. Those players on the volleyball court that are moving their feet, while not always getting to the ball, are the ones that make the plays. The same holds true in the workplace, those that are moving, that are creating, that are developing, that are collaborating, those are the playmakers. Be a playmaker.
